The HR service delivery model based on the three roles of HR Business Partner, HR Services and HR Center of Expertise aims at providing an HR delivery to the business at world class level and enables the HR function to become a visible, credible and value added partner of the business.

In the HR service center, professional HR services are provided in the areas of recruitment, compensation & benefits, data management and learning & development. The service center in Brussels covers the region Western/Central Europe, existing out of Belgium, Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Compensation & Benefits Specialist (m/w)

key accountabilities:
  • Administer job evaluation programmes: support/advise business in preparation of job profiles, support/advise on grading; including (if required) involvement of Center of Expertise
  • Coordination of annual salary review process/Incentive calculation process/implementation of long term incentive schemes for all employees in scope in close cooperation with Data Management team
  • Ongoing benchmarking of all C&B elements (salary, incentives, company car, benefits like health insurance, pension plan…) for countries in the region to ensure market competitiveness and to retain/attract key employees; Identify gaps and develop solutions
  • Salary Management: ongoing analysis and comparisons to ensure internal equity including advice on specific requests and individual cases
  • Develop/maintain regional specific C&B guidelines & policies;
  • Single Point of Contact of C&B related issues to different HR Business Partners
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
  • University degree or equal through experience
  • More than 2 years of experience in comp & ben in an international environment
  • Required Languages: German and English (the focus for this position will be in the german speaking countries)
  • Analytical thinking, high concern for quality and accuracy;
  • Customer service orientation with ability of building and leveraging relationships
  • Teamplayer
